Director of Services and New Products

Jeff has always strived for a career in biotech, and it has taken him from his hometown on Bainbridge Island, WA to Rice University (B.A. Biochemistry) in Houston, TX, the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, and the Karolinska Institute (Ph.D., Neuroscience) in Stockholm, SE. After, he ventured to Durham, NC for a postdoctoral fellowship exploring RNA biology in immunology and virology at Duke University. He then worked for three years on molecular diagnostics at Becton-Dickinson before transitioning to the single cell genomics startup environment over two years ago, first with Celldom and now with BioSkryb.

When not focused on delivering game-changing single cell genomic data quality, Jeff loves to spend time with his young family, particularly hiking and traveling.
