Phyll Arrington

Director of Marketing

Phyll is a marketing and communication professional whose career has been a study in brands...how to build them, how to share them with internal and external stakeholders, and how to help them find value in the marketplace. She received her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and worked on her Master's degree at UNC Greensboro. Her experience includes being a marketing executive, alliance builder, and innovator with 15+ years of building brands and motivating teams across a variety of industries. Having worked in both large corporations and startups she is especially adept at connecting people and ideas to solve problems and leverage opportunities.

Phyll’s creative thinking and strong entrepreneurial spirit mixed with her passion for marketing provides an integral perspective to the BioSkryb team. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her rescue pups, and creating new vegetarian recipes.
