Wendi Carter

SVP of Accounting and Finance

Wendi Carter is the Vice President, Finance and Accounting for BioSkryb and Anzu Partners, providing expertise and support for our funds and portfolio companies, overseeing the finance team, and all aspects of accounting and reporting.

Wendi has over 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, along with significant financial reporting and business strategy expertise as well as proven success managing multiple initiatives across complex organizations. Wendi’s career began with thirteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in continuously progressing accounting and finance roles, from Staff Accountant to Finance Director.

Prior to joining Anzu Partners, Wendi spent several years as a consultant serving as the Controller/CFO for private companies and private equity acquired companies. She also previously served as the Controller for Valenti Management, a restaurant management group owning 143 restaurants in 5 states, including three operations companies and associated real estate holding companies.

Wendi was born and raised just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently resides in Tampa Florida with her husband Jon.
