Our Mission: We believe cells are unique - treatments should be, too.
BioSkryb has ushered in a whole new era of single-cell whole genome amplification. The benefits of the BioSkryb ResolveDNA™ technology include the ability to control the amplicon size during amplification. This allows the incorporation of barcode identifiers into each sample template, enabling unparalleled reproducibility and sensitive detection of DNA lesions. Our complete workflow solution is especially useful in cancer research as it allows the detection of single resistant mutant cells (MRD) in heterogeneous cancers such as leukemia. It also enables new applications for gene sequencing that need a level of resolution simply not available today.
Meet our Team
Together, the diverse team at BioSkryb brings a depth of experience in the development of highly sensitive and accurate tools for single-cell analysis, focused on the research and translational needs of new applications that enable improved health management. The company has been rapidly building the infrastructure to make those tools widely available to the research community and others.
BioSkryb’s leadership team has decades of combined scientific and management experience that together sparks the innovations that will change the future of science.
